  • On-site trained chatters

  • Daily management and reporting

  • Custom strategy implementation

  • Commission-based or flat-fee packages

All services are rendered under professional supervision and backed by a service-level commitment.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Be legally authorized to manage or represent an OnlyFans account

  • Agree not to use our services for illegal, abusive, or fraudulent purposes

4. Pricing & Payment

We offer two pricing models:

  • Commission Model: 30% of net revenue generated via chat (OnlyFans internal chat)

  • Flat-Rate Model: Custom monthly fee for a dedicated chatter

All invoices are payable within 7 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur a 5% penalty per week of delay.

5. Contract Duration & Termination

Contracts may be:

  • Short-term (30-day trial)

  • Long-term (3, 6, or 12 months)

Both parties may terminate the contract with 15 days written notice. Any outstanding fees must be paid prior to termination.

6. Confidentiality

All data, messages, and strategic documents exchanged between Chatters-OFM and the client remain confidential. We commit not to disclose or reuse client-specific strategies or content.

7. Intellectual Property

All custom scripts, chat workflows, and internal training materials provided by Chatters-OFM remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced, shared, or sold without written authorization.

8. Use of Website

By accessing chatters-ofm.com, you agree not to:

  • Copy or reproduce website content

  • Attempt to interfere with website operation or backend

  • Use our name or materials without written consent

9. Disclaimer of Liability

Chatters-OFM is not affiliated with or endorsed by OnlyFans or Fenix International. While we commit to quality and performance, we are not responsible for platform outages, bans, or policy changes on OnlyFans.
